We currently deliver to the Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free to the Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing time: 0–2 days
• Shipping time: 5–7 business days, depending on the region and the carrier

Tracking

You'll receive your tracking number by email, usually within 24 hours of your order.

Taxes and import fees

All our prices include VAT and import duties. Your order ships with all taxes and customs fees prepaid, so you pay nothing extra on delivery.

Free gift kit

One free 3-Piece Essentials Kit is added to each order that contains a Kalijy charger, while the kit is available.

Damaged, lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or its tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, email us at support@kalijy.com with your order number (and photos if the parcel is damaged). We'll follow it up with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a refund if the parcel is lost or damaged.
