30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your Kalijy charger, you can return it within 30 days of delivery and get back the price you paid.

How to return an item

1. Email us at support@kalijy.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
2. Send the item(s) back within 14 days of telling us, together with everything you received with them, including the free 3-Piece Essentials Kit, and if possible in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs

The cost of sending an item back is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return request. We may wait to send the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have shown proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

If you return items within 14 days of delivery, we also refund the original standard delivery cost. If you return only part of a bundle, we refund the amount you actually paid for the returned items after the bundle discount.

You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item more than needed to check what it is, how it works and whether it suits you.

Your legal right of withdrawal (EU)

If you live in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our 30-day guarantee includes this period. To use this right, tell us clearly before the deadline, for example by email. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.

Warranty

Kalijy chargers come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use, starting on the date of delivery. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights: in the European Union you have a legal guarantee of at least 2 years, and our warranty never limits those rights. To make a claim, email us with your order number and a description or photos of the problem.
