2. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made in this store. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

3. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the product you receive. Before ordering, please check that your devices are compatible (see the compatibility information on the product page) or contact us.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Bundle discounts and the free gift kit are applied automatically in the cart and at checkout. Import VAT, duties and fees are explained in our Shipping policy. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If a product is clearly listed at a wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.

5. Orders

Your order is a request to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout. More information is in our Shipping policy. The risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

You can return products within 30 days of delivery under our money-back guarantee. Consumers in the European Union also have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Details and a model withdrawal form are in our Refund policy.

8. Warranty and legal guarantee

Kalijy chargers come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights; in the European Union you have a legal guarantee of at least 2 years, which our warranty never limits.

9. Use of the product

Use the charging station as described, with a suitable USB-C power source, and only with devices that support wireless charging. Do not use it if it is damaged.

10. Liability

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that result from using the product in a way that does not follow its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory product liability rules.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
